| 4. | When I'm done, can I leave the key with my doorman ? | ||||||||||||||||||
| Yes. Leave the key with the doorman and you will receive a text message when the car is picked up. | |||||||||||||||||||

| 5. | Is insurance included ? | ||||||||||||||||||
Every rental includes insurance coverage up to a combined single limit of $300,000 per accident, meaning that all third party bodily injuries, or property damage costs relating to the accident covered in the aggregate up to $300,000. The renter is responsible for any damages to the rental vehicle, if renter is deemed at-fault or if no-fault has been assigned. If renter is not at-fault, the renter is still required to assist our insurance company in recovering all damage costs, liability costs, and/or loss-of-use costs. |

| 6. | How can I increase my liability protection ? | ||||||||||||||||||
We sell Supplemental Liability Insurance at $12 per day. SLI increases your liability protection up to $1 million. |

| 7. | What are my options for collision coverage ? | ||||||||||||||||||
1. We sell a Collision Damage Waiver at $18 per day. CDW means we are waiving our right to collect monies to cover any damages to the rental vehicle minus a $500 deductible. 2. Pay the rental with a qualifying credit card (American Express, MasterCard, etc.) that offers CDW protection. The cardholder must verify all coverages with the credit card company. The cardholder must decline our CDW coverage for the credit card protection to be valid. |

| 8. | What if I'm running late ? | ||||||||||||||||||
| Take your time! There is a 2 Hour grace period when returning a vehicle on all daily rentals. | |||||||||||||||||||
| 9. | Do you offer hourly rentals ? | ||||||||||||||||||
| You may rent for as short as 1-Hour, but you will be charged the daily rate. However, we encourage you to compare our rates to hourly services. Our daily rate is often more competitive than just a 5-hour rental with other companies. | |||||||||||||||||||
| 10. | Is gas included ? | ||||||||||||||||||
| Every vehicle is delivered with a full tank. You are required to also return it with a full tank. | |||||||||||||||||||
| 11. | Why does zipcar include gas? | ||||||||||||||||||
| Car-sharing services offer gas as part of their rentals, but only up to 180 miles. That fuel cost can be as low as $4 a day. Renting from GeniusRide will save you over $50 /day compared to the car-sharing companies. You decide what makes more sense. | |||||||||||||||||||
| 12. | Do you also offer standard transmissions ? | ||||||||||||||||||
| Yes. Most our vehicles are automatic, but we do carry several 'stick-shift' vehicles on our fleet. Please call to request. | |||||||||||||||||||
| 13. | Is Roadside Assistance included ? | ||||||||||||||||||
| In the unlikely event of a breakdown, please contact Genius Ride Roadside Assistance which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The phone number is 888-743-6487 option #3. | |||||||||||||||||||
| 14. | What if I get a parking ticket ? | ||||||||||||||||||
| Pay it. We are notified of all parking violations within 15 days of issue date. Our system automatically pays all viiolations received. We will also charge you a $50 handling fee per outstanding ticket in addition to ticket fines and penalties. | |||||||||||||||||||
| 15. | Do I have to join? What are the membership fees? | ||||||||||||||||||
| No applications. No memberships. No monthly commitments. Just call when you are ready to rent! | |||||||||||||||||||
| 16. | What if I have an international driver's license? | ||||||||||||||||||
| You may still be eligible to rent from Genius Ride. Please call us to verify eligibility. | |||||||||||||||||||
| 17. | Is GeniusRide pet-friendly ? | ||||||||||||||||||
| Yes. Please request a pet blanket when renting to assure proper care is taken. | |||||||||||||||||||
| 18. | What if I smoke ? | ||||||||||||||||||
| Then smoke before you get into the vehicle. There is absolutely NO SMOKING in any of our vehicles. Prohibitors will be charged a $500 fine immediately. (Yes, many have been fined.) | |||||||||||||||||||
